We are a CPA firm serving a diverse clientele with a focus on Japanese businesses. We foster a supportive and flexible work environment, especially for employees balancing work and family life. We are seeking responsible and motivated individuals to join our team during the busy season.
Provide administrative support to our professional staff during the tax season (until mid-April) . This role involves a variety of tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and translation.
Less than 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM
Overtime may be required as needed
Work schedule is generally fixed, but we offer flexibility for school events, childcare needs, etc.
