Kelly Nissan is seeking Appointment Schedulers/BDC Agents for our Woburn location. We are currently looking for career-minded individuals who are immediately available to start a full-time career as Appointment Schedulers. Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED. Professional training will be provided. Those with experience in the hospitality, debt collection, call center, telemarketing, recruiting, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
You will be scheduling appointments with customers to discuss the purchase of a vehicle with our Product Specialists. You will follow-up using phone, email, and text messaging. Attention to detail is very important. There is no cold calling in this position. Our customers have already expressed an interest in our dealership. We will provide extensive, ongoing training in this position. We invest in your success.
You must be able to work a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts. We close on most Sundays but you need to be available to work as needed on the last Sunday of the month and certain holiday weekend Sundays throughout the year. Average hours per week is 43 and you earn overtime pay after 40 hours. Great pay plan and the opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited potential for growth within our organization.
Compensation for this position is hourly, paid weekly, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. Total yearly salaries for this position in 2024 ranged from $65,000 to $85,000 based on performance. Blue Cross Blue Shield medical and dental coverage starts on Day 1 of employment. 401K plan starts after 90 days. Paid time off, vacation time, yearly bonuses, and retention bonuses.
