We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires exceptional legal drafting skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. The Attorney will work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. 0 to 6 years experience.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law, including business law, probate law, family law, and bankruptcy law.
* Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as /Lexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
* Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.

*Experience*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the bar in Illinois.
* Strong skills in legal drafting and writing; ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
* Experience negotiating settlements or contracts is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Westlaw, Lexis, or similar legal research tools is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
