PJ's Coffee in Frisco, TX is looking for part-time baristas to join our team. We are located on 7967 S Custer Road, Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. Shift times during the weekdays are opening 6:30am‑11am, mid 10:45am‑3:30pm, and closing 3:15pm‑7pm. Weekend shift times vary. Must be available on Sundays. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Be able to perform all duties of a Barista and baking Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Address customer requests quickly and in a positive manner Memorize entire menu and ingredients and prepare all orders according to PJ's standards Assist in the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change Qualifications Previous food service experience preferred but not required Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours) High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Ability to accept corrections and criticism.
