This role is essential to supporting our owners, clients, and daily operations as we continue delivering an elevated real estate experience.
Role Description
This is a 30+ hour per week position with flexible scheduling and the option to work remotely some days. Responsibilities include supporting our owners and clients, managing schedules, coordinating listing items, and providing daily team support. The role also involves client care, marketing coordination, and ongoing client relationship management. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt to a variety of work settings — from in-office to on-site — while staying highly organized and solution-oriented.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Experience with scheduling, organization, and office support
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
• Proactive problem solver who can navigate changing priorities
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Flexible to work in different environments and support a fast-paced team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with major social media platforms
• Must reside within 20–25 minutes of Dunwoody/Sandy Springs
• Real estate or related industry experience is a plus
