This position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service and technical support to device owners following program guidelines and call center standards. ***Shifts Available: 7:00am - 4:00pm with Tuesday and Wednesday off 12:00pm - 9:00pm with Wednesday and Thrusday off

The right candidate should be able to:

• Work ON-SITE
• 6 months of call center experience required.
• Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Have a HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to a Multi-Client Group, following program guidelines and call center standards.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate answers and guidelines related to the client product.
• Respond to account management, Roadside assistance, stolen vehicules reports and emergency assistance call types.
• Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
• Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Troubleshoot device related issues and submit incident tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English and French.
