Environmental Services Director Position Summary

As the EVS Director at Four Oaks Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the communitys housekeeping operations and staff including hiring, training, and terminating employees.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to ensure the community is safe and sanitary according to policy.
• Oversee the departments budget & maintain required records and reports as outlined in the policies and procedures.
• Perform any related tasks assigned by the Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality ofpik protected health info, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Environmental Services Director Requirements

• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
