We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team to deploy and maintain an Army intelligence and targeting system./ph3Core Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide on-site support for the deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of a next generation Army intelligence and targeting system./liliConduct system testing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and functionality./liliCollaborate with military personnel and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the system./liliTrain end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures (for both hardware and software components)/liliRespond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner./liliDocument and report all activities, issues, and resolutions using appropriate reporting tools and systems./liliParticipate in system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required./liliKeep abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices related to Army intelligence systems and doctrine./liliProvide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and enhancements based on field experience and user feedback./liliAdhere to all safety protocols and security procedures in accordance with organizational and military guidelines./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization positively in all interactions with customers and stakeholders./li/ulh3What We Value/h3ulli(As required by U.S. Government contract) U.S. citizenship/lili(As required by U.S. Government contract) TS + SCI Eligible Clearance/liliBachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience./lili4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role, preferably within a defense or military environment./liliStrong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications./liliFamiliarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems is highly desirable./liliAbility to travel and work on-site, which could include up to 60% of CONUS travel and the potential for 3-month OCONUS travel rotations as needed./liliExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work well under pressure./liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with military personnel and end-users./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively./liliFlexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and operational needs./li/ulh3EEO Commitment/h3pAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law./ppGroup id: 10434447/p/div
