Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports .
Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
Build data models , relationships, and calculations using DAX .
Create and optimize Power Query (M) scripts for data transformation.
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, Azure, APIs, and cloud platforms .
Optimize report performance and ensure scalability.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
Publish reports to Power BI Service and manage workspaces, datasets, and refresh schedules.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
Maintain documentation and provide end-user support.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI .
Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M Language) .
Solid understanding of data modeling and star/snowflake schemas .
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with Excel , including Power Pivot and Power Query.
Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts .
Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse).
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with SSAS, SSRS , or SSIS .
Power BI certification (PL-300) is a plus.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field .
8 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Power BI development.
