About the Role:
Refactor Games is a AAA sports video game studio. We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Game Designer to help drive the core gameplay systems and tools behind our next-generation European football title. You will act as a key bridge between design and engineering, owning technical design implementation in Unreal Engine , developing gameplay features, building design tools, and ensuring our football systems are robust, scalable, and high-quality.
You’ll collaborate with gameplay programmers, animation teams, AI designers, and content creators to bring world-class football experiences to life. This role is ideal for a senior designer with strong technical instincts, deep UE expertise, and a passion for sports gameplay authenticity.
