About Studio June

Studio June is a boutique digital marketing agency working with some of the most exciting brands in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond (current/previous clients include: Parke, Éterne, FORM, EP Jewels, Halfdays, Being Frenshe, and more. We specialize in Instagram/TikTok management, content creation, influencer/affiliate, brand partnerships, newsletters, graphic design, and marketing strategy. Our team thrives on creativity, strategy, and collaboration — helping brands tell their stories in fresh, elevated, and results-driven ways.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with at least 3 years of post-graduate, hands-on marketing experience to join our growing team. This person will manage client social media strategies, content calendars, lead client meetings, creative direction, and performance reporting. You’ll bring a mix of creativity and analytics, knowing how to make a brand look good online while driving measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute client social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Stay on top of cultural moments, trends, and platform shifts — you’re always online and ready to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
• Concept and pitch original creative ideas for campaigns, shoots, and content formats
• Lead client calls and manage client relationships with confidence and clarity
• Communicate clearly with both clients and our internal team, ensuring smooth approvals and execution
• Build and manage content calendars (feed, Stories, Reels, TikTok, newsletters)
• Write engaging captions and ensure brand voice consistency across channels
• Track performance metrics, pull reports, and share insights + optimizations
• Support influencer partnerships, UGC campaigns, and collaborations
• Collaborate with the greater Studio June team as needed across strategy, creative, and reporting
• Contribute to brainstorms and campaign rollouts for product launches, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of professional, full-time marketing experience
• Deeply immersed in social media and culture — chronically online in the best way
• Comfortable leading client calls, presenting ideas, and owning relationships
• Organized, proactive, independent, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
• Strong design sense and confidence building decks in Canva
• Plus if you are familiar with agency tools like Notion, Slack, and Asana
• A collaborative teammate who can jump in across creative, strategy, and reporting as needed
• Someone who is confident to lead strategy, but also able to handle execution
