ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Centennial, Colorado.

\nRN - Tele Float Pool
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Must work 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
\n• Float throughout multiple units within a 60-mile radius zone including General Med-Surg-Telemetry, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation
\n• No home base facility - assignments vary by schedule
\n• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6 based on acuity
\n• Must have 2 years of Med-Surg-Telemetry experience required
\n• Prior neuro experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• May be required to titrate Heparin drips
\n• Care for adult to geriatric population with various diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, post-surgical patients, and general medicine
\n• May float to ICU for low acuity holds, PCU/Stepdown, and Med-Surg-Telemetry units
\n• Any color scrubs permitted
\n• 1-2 days orientation with preceptor
\n• Rare call or standby requirements for low census
\n• May be placed in holiday rotation
\n• Use Epic EMR system
\n• All time off requests must be submitted prior to starting assignment
