The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying the manager concerning the need for repairs, establishing effective communication with clients and coworkers, complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards, cleaning and dusting furniture, moving cabinets and equipment, cleaning interior glass and mirrors, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, sweeping walks, cutting grass, removing snow, performing other incidental seasonal tasks, wiping and cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, and servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
