divh2Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst/h2pWe are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantirs implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantirs clients user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers continued success. Come help solve the worlds hardest problems./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliProvide desk-side training to analysts/liliTrain analysts/operators in a classroom setting/liliEmbed with user groups to deeply understand workflows/liliProactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps/liliBuild initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions/liliRemain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities/liliStaff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues/liliProvide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product/liliConsistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team/li/ulpWhat We Value:/pulliPrior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.).
