Position Overview

As an  Outside Sales Representative , you'll manage your own customer acquisition efforts in primarily residential territories. This role is designed for driven, experienced sales professionals who want the autonomy to own their day while still benefiting from the structure, training, and support of a high-performing team.

Whether your goal is to maximize personal income as an independent producer or to grow into leadership by building and mentoring a team, we provide the systems and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, and closing homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Represent Safe Home Direct's home security solutions with professionalism and integrity
• Leverage company canvassing data and proven scripts to maximize efficiency
• Participate in daily team check-ins, ongoing coaching, and performance reviews
• Consistently hit sales goals while tracking personal performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience in alarms, solar, telecom, pest control, roofing, or related industries preferred
• Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient personality
• Ability to thrive independently in the field while staying accountable to team structure and leadership
• Strong communication and closing skills in a B2C environment
• 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., able to pass a background check

Compensation

• Uncapped commission — earn what you're worth. $75k–$120k expected; $150k+ top performers
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
