Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Trade Processing Analyst to join their team. As a Trade Processing Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Equity Trading team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Trade Processing Analyst

Location: New York, New York

What's the Job?

• Provide full post-execution support for all equity trading activities, including US and Japanese primary offerings, secondary trading, convertible bonds, foreign currency forwards, and ADRs
• Ensure timely allocations on trade date and proper setup of client accounts across relevant systems
• Collaborate with the Tokyo Office to facilitate market-making needs, including partial coverage on US holidays
• Proactively manage and escalate emerging risks or issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Assist in preparing departmental metrics, reports, and process improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services, with 2+ years in trade support roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Bloomberg TOMS, Pershing Netx360, Broadridge IMPACT, ULLINK, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
